Using the calendar below, please schedule an INTAKE CALL. One of our intake workers will CALL YOU at your scheduled time to confidentially gather basic information about your concerns and help link you to services. These phone intakes typically last 20-30 minutes. This is NOT a counseling appointment.

WAIT TIMES FOR SERVICES
- Up to 3-6 months for in person and session times after 3pm. Current openings for daytime telehealth appointments. Wait times could be longer for sessions with fully licensed therapists.
- We are currently operating on a two week turnaround time for linkage to counseling services
- During the COVID-19 pandemic, Smart Love Family Services is following recommendations from the CDC, state and local health authorities. Accordingly, we are doing mostly telehealth appointments with some in person sessions for special circumstances.
We are in-network providers for BCBS-PPO, BCBS HMO-through Loyola or Amita, UHC/UBH, Aetna, and Medicare. We will also submit most out-of-network claims on behalf of our clients.
We are NOT a provider for Public Aid/Medicaid
